Would a Calorie Shifting Diet Work For Me?

Diets can be really exciting as they offer a chance to quickly drop those extra pounds we have. We get attracted to diets that claim they can help us lose 6 pounds or more in just a week.

Do all of these diets actually work? Can we actually lose weight in only one week? Would it be healthy if we did?

To respond to your questions, not all diets are honest. There are many diets that will claim to help you lose weight but some of them may not do that.

Some of the diets are healthy and some of them are not. So  you have to be careful when choosing a diet to follow. However diets that follow along with the principals of calorie shifting are effective and genuine. This helps you eliminate extra pounds in a way that is safe for your body.

The “fat loss 4 idiots diet” is the most famous of the calorie shifting diets.  This diet provides  you with a good scientific method of losing excess fat and why most other diets are unhealthy.

Some of the most popular diets work at reducing your calorie intake for a long extended period of time. You can begin losing weight by doing this. Often a person will start to put the weight back on, even while they are still following the diet. Many times the weight lost does not last long enough. This can happen because our body has been designed in such a way that over time, our metabolism will adjust to our intake.  This includes and increase or decrease in carbohydrates, fats, proteins or just less intake of the quantity of food.

The amount of fat that is burned is proportional to the rate of your metabolism. You will burn calories fast if your metabolism is fast. If your metabolism is slow, the rate of burning calories will be slow. Lesser the food intake, slower the metabolism. Many of the diets require taking in fewer calories and as a result, fewer calories are burn. And if you go off your diet even a little bit, you will end up putting on more weight since your metabolism will be slow and fewer fat will be burned.

Diets that use calorie shifting do not work like other diets. They have a scientific background. They understand the need to rotate the eating rountine in order to keep your metabolism high at all times. The higher your metabolism, the more calories will be burned. The diet encourages the rotation of food stuff. It allows you to eat one type for a week and then to change it to a different type the next week. So basically you eat a new type of food every week. The diet will be different from week to week. This way your metabolism will be always high, thus burning out more and more calories.
