However, you still need to keep your body moving because it stores this fat in all of your muscles: arms, legs, abs, you know where the spots are. Exercise will not only tone up your muscles, but also pull in the fats to make them less noticeable.

Exercise can also make you healthier. It makes it less likely for you to suffer from premature deterioration in your joints and bones. Exercise will also help you feel better about yourself, improve your immune system, burn more calories, and increase your endurance.
