You can also boil water mixed with one teaspoon of ground cinnamon. To help with the taste of this cinnamon type drink you can also add a bit of honey. Also keep in mind that when you are feeling bloated you should continue to drink water and avoid sodas and other carbonated beverages.

You should also eat slowly and refrain from chugging drinks as this will only prove to fill your stomach with gas that causes hiccups and bloating. You should also stay away from hard candy and chewing gum if you suffer from chronic bloating.

It is also best to avoid foods that are high in fiber and other gas causing foods such as cabbage, broccoli and of course beans. Smoking can also cause bloating. By following these natural and easy remedies you will be able to significantly reduce bloating.
