Grilled Chicken Wrap

Wrap is one of my favourite breakfast besides bread. It just like salad putting on tortilla and fold it over. This is one of my new inventions, haha..Besides healthy, having these colourful wraps for breakfast allows u to have a good start of the day!
Ingredients:
Chicken breast meat
Tomato – cut into small portions
Lettuce – cut into small pieces
Japanese cucumber – peeled and julienned
Carrot – peeled and julienned
some dried basil leaves
Pepper
Salt
Tortillas
Dressings:
Thousand island
Method:
1. Marinate the chicken breast meat with dried basil leaves, pepper and salt for overnight.
2. Grill or pan-fry the meat. Dish up and shredded.
3. Put lettuce, chicken breast meat, Japanese cucumber, carrot and tomato on the tortilla. Add some thousand island on top and fold. You can also cut it into half like mine
