Chicken With Peanut Butter Sauce

When I came back kl for study in March, I wanted to quit my habit of eating peanut butter jam, but there was still a little bit of it in the fridge. While I was thinking how to finish it, I accidentally found this recipe in an English recipe book in Popular bookstore. Thanks to this recipe which changed my perception that peanut butter jam is only applied on bread! Haha..
Ingredients:
Chicken breast meat
Sauce:
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
some sugar
water
some pepper
some dried coriander leaves
Method:
1. Pan-fry both sides of the chicken breast meat until golden brown.
2. Combine the sauce, bring to boil. Pour on the chicken breast meat.
3. Garnish with some dried coriander leaves and chopped peanuts.
