But it is important to take these in the right proportions.

1) Have your meal daily : Everyone needs to plan their meals. Your food should be balanced with an adequate proportion of nutrients. Avoid skipping meals as much as possible as this affects the growth of your body. Each day you should be eating three meals and two snacks. It helps if you eat them at the same time each day.

6) Avoid Bad Fats: You should limit the amount of fried foods and processed fats like butter that you eat. The amount of fat in them makes these foods bad for your heart and blood pressure. But you can get good fats which can help your cholesterol like fats in nuts and fish.
