Another problem for many is the foods that they eat. If you eat greasy foods then you can expect to suffer from some heartburn. One could also say the same thing for drinking too much coffee, eating too many acid based foods, and eating too much chocolate.

You may not be able to eat acid based fruits, but you can eat bananas. Bananas to a great job of soaking up all that extra acid that is floating around in your stomach.

Finally, you should try eating some papaya. Papaya is has enzymes in it that your stomach needs.
