<p>If you can use the bigger muscle groups then your goals will be achieved more quickly. To get fast weight loss you need to engage the big leg muscles because these burn more calories.</p>
<p>People often think that they would like to get rid of belly fat by exercising the stomach muscles but these are a small muscle in the body. The fat a lot of men find on their stomach is best reduced by engaging the major muscle groups rather than the small ones. So it is best to look for any exercise that can use the large muscles rather than the small.</p>
<p>The good thing about walking is that it is low impact compared with many exercises and so tendons and joints are less likely to be injured than if you took up running, especially at the beginning of an exercise program. Want to go for a nice long walk in scenic surroundings then try a round of golf, and yes take the clubs. How could you have a better experience than a beach walk at the ends of the day.</p>
<p>How about a game of baseball, basketball, tennis, soccer, of golf if you are feeling ready. These activities all use the major muscle groups and will burn those calories and assist in losing that weight fast.</p>
<p>In order to improve even faster and benefit more from your walk then diet is critical. Feeling full longer is helped by a good diet of fruit and vegetables which also supply the needed vitamins. Another tip is to try and have a smaller meal for dinner so that your body does not go into storage mode while you are sleeping.</p>
<p>To feel full longer and stop those cravings it is best to have smaller and regular meals. Don&#8217;t skip a meal as a solution as your body will simply overcompensate and the calories will be stored in case they are needed later.</p>
<p>To continue on the theme of small, small mouthfuls of food, well chewed are also a good idea. The stomach cannot register iif it is full unless it is given sufficient time. To kick start your metabolism it is not a good idea to skip breakfast. This is what starts the body working in the morning.</p>
<p>And last but not least water is very important to the human body for most bodily functions. Dehydration also affects the brain function and reasoning ability. Try a glass of water to ward off the hunger pains before the next meal.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since April 2009 swine flu has been main news in the whole world. First cases were found in Mexico and a few cases of death have been reported. There is a concern among the health department officials as well as governments around the world whether swine flu outbreak is a pandemic. The question doing the rounds is whether this the great swine flu epidemic? There is a fear in the minds of people if it is similar to the flu pandemic of 1918 which killed millions and was as deadly as this one.</p>
<p> Clinical Studies have confirmed the cause to be the result of the H1N1 virus strain. It is a re-assortment of human influenza virus, avian influenza virus and swine influenza virus. The reassortment has proven to be tougher for the human immune system to counter.Swine flu symptoms that are seen among those infected include high fever, vomiting, cough, sore throat, diarrhea and muscle pain. Among the complications that may occur are pneumonia and respiratory failure.</p>
<p> The concerns about it&#8217;s spread worldwide have led the World Health Organization (WHO) to issue it as threat level of Phase V in its scale of six. As on 1st May 2009, there were reports of 176 people who had died due to the infection in Mexico. There were thousands who had reported sick. To avoid further outbreak and to help contain the spread schools, workplaces, companies and other areas were shut for some days. About 145 cases of infection have been reported in US alone. 15 other countries have confirmed cases of its occurrence. Altogether 4400 cases are imagined to be there. The CDC feels that it may not be a pandemic or as severe as it was initially thought to be. This is because outside Mexico the cases reported have been mild and mostly treated successfully. Moreover the H1N1 strain is of poorly virulent type which means that it spreads slowly.</p>
<p> The major cause of concern for the WHO and others around the world is that they have been unable to develop an effective <a target="_blank" href="http://swineflusoap.co.uk/"><b>swine flu</b></a> vaccine against this H1N1 virus strain. It may be ready only by June 2009. Moreover as the virus can easily spread directly from person to person through sneezing and coughing it is a bit difficult to easily bring it under control. With preventive measures being followed like frequent washing of hands, use of tissue while sneezing and coughing and avoiding contact with the infected persons the chances for its control seem brighter. There have been some recent reports from city officials from New York that the spread has not been beyond a few schools. Even in Mexico few relatives of swine flu victims have caught the virus. Federal health officials also express that the new virus does not appear to have deadly genes of the virus that caused the 1918 pandemic.</p>
<p> Though it is hard to point out if it’s an epidemic or not, it is better to prepare for the worse. Experts feel that there are lots of thing to know and understand and a thorough study is necessary. It is a collective effort on the part of the patients, the public as a whole, health departments and experts to work towards ensuring that thedeadly swine flu does not spread anymore and is contained securely. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It always amazes me how some of these companies will tell us that the best <a target="_blank" href="http://getflatabs.net/abdominal-fat-exercise/">abdominal fat exercises</a> we can do are crunches and sit-ups. There is a big misconception going on that says that you need to do various ab routines in order to see a six pack. But when you think about it, this thinking is kind of funny because you can literally do 1000 sit-ups a day.If you have a flabby stomach then you will never be able to see the fruits of your labor. This is why you should avoid products that promote weight loss through doing ab excercises.</p>
<p>So how can you achieve a flatter stomach? Most importantly, you need to start looking at your eating habits. In order to lose weight you must follow this simple process, or you weight loss goals could slip away from you very easily. You have to take accountability for your poor eating habits and make sure that you get a well balance diets of all 5 food groups. If you wanted to you could try one of these &#8220;fad&#8221; diets and lose weight for the sunny season or you can be in fabulous shape for the rest of your life. I read that some of the contestants on the Biggest Loser tv show have gained back all there weight. In all honesty I knew that they would though because of the type of training and nutrition that they had. It was great to see people committed to changing the way they look and feel, if only they had the answers to truly losing body fat. If only they had the kind of information that I am going to share with you.</p>

<p>If you want to lose any kind of excess body fat then you will definitely want to stick to doing cardio workouts. The big misconception with cardio is that the guru types will tell you that you must do it for 30 to 60 minutes. Because of this people will hop on the treadmill or elliptical machine and stare at the tube the whole time. I would ask that you try to challenge yourself when you are at the gym, tv time is for when you are lounging around. Now I am not saying that treadmill or elliptical exercises are bad, I am just saying that if you are truly desirous of losing that belly then you need to work out with different levels of intensity. If you’re just staring at the tv screen you may not be getting a really good workout.</p>
<p>There is a ton of abdominal fat exercises that you can do to reduce body fat. Be sure that you are constantly tricking your body into thinking it is doing something new. The thing is, the body gets bored really quickly so make sure that you are switching up your routines.</p>

<p>If you are going to use an elliptical or treadmill machine, make sure your workout goes something like this: </p>
<p> Warm-up for 3-4 minutes at a fast walk or light jog </p>
<p> Interval 1 &#8211; run at 8.0 mi/hr for 1 minute </p>
<p> Interval 2 &#8211; walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes </p>
<p> Interval 3 &#8211; run at 10.0 mi/hr for 1 minute </p>
<p> Interval 4 &#8211; walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes</p>
<p> Repeat those 4 intervals 4 times for a very intense 20-minute workout.</p>

<p>Here are a few examples of abdominal fat exercises that you can try today:</p>
<p>•       Renegade Dumbbell Rows – Start in the pushup position with each hand on one dumbbell and alternate raising each dumbbell to your chest. Try doing 5 sets of 5 or 3 sets of 8.</p>
<p>•         Mountain Climbers – while in the pushup position shuffle your feet in and out so your knees go underneath your chest. Do these in intervals between 20 – 60 seconds and see if you can’t feel the burn.</p>
<p>•         Front Squats – Just like doing a back squat except that you rest the barbell on the front of your shoulders. It may take a bit of practice at first, so I would suggest asking for help until you can do it by yourself. Try doing 5 sets of 5 or 3-4 sets of 8.</p>
<p>These are just a few samples of exercises that are cardio but not traditional.</p>
