Breakfast: Black tea or coffee, 5 crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, and 1 small apple.

Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg and 1 slice of dry toast and water.

Dinner: 4 ounces of tuna, 4 ounces of beets, 4 ounces of cauliflower, 1/2 of a melon, and 4 ounces of vanilla ice cream.
