Stress is considered to be a key factor that can enhance severity of a bad skin condition if stays for a long period of time. The amount of stress present in teens can be actually evaluated by considering the severity of acne that they have. Try to avoid greasy / oily foodstuff.  Consume unmarked vegetables and fruits. Try to avoid using caffeine as well. To remove strain, do not drink alcohol a lot. Try to show a positively attitude towards various things and do not indulge yourself in negative activities.
