It would be particularly helpful to get on the bike or treadmill every morning on empty stomach soon after you wake up. 6) A simple yet relatively unknown tip, is that of drinking cold water. Yes cold water! What it does is that it increases your body’s metabolism rate, and ultimately helps you burn fat!
